Today, we are trying to get back into the groove of school. It is the first day of school for the system where we live. Even though,I am homeschooling our son, I want to try to keep him on a similar schedule to the one of his friends in school. We are about half way through our day, and at this point it is going very well. The only thing that is difficult is that he does all his independent work out loud. I think he must need this for better comprehension. Not being able to talk out loud in class is probably one of the reasons he would have low scores on papers he completed at school and great scores on the ones he did at home. I am just having to learn to tune it out while I get my work done. LOL. It has taken me an hour to get the frames loaded into the store and post this entry! It is more than worth it, though.
